Super.del.egates.us for Obama Ready for Primetime
It’s a miracle! Super.del.egates.us provides an easy way for people to call/email/write undeclared Superdelegates and encourage them to vote for Obama.
Fellow collaborator Michelle Murrain of MetaCentric Technology Advising and I launched Super.del.egates.us on Friday. Michelle put up the wiki and over the weekend Obama supporters filled it in with all the superdelegate contact info.
Thanks to Obama people-power, Super.del.egates.us is now ready for primetime.
If you’re an Obama supporter run don’t walk to Super.del.egates.us and contact an undeclared Superdelegate today.
Superdelegate it ON!
Super.del.egates.us for Obama
We need your help!
We’re in the process of building a wiki project that makes it easy for people to write/call/email the 300 uncommitted superdelegates and encourage them to vote for Obama.
We need folks to help us with:
- research/enter superdelegate data
- graphic design and wiki formatting
- get the word out.
This election is too important to leave to "old-style" backroom politics. Please donate an hour or more of your time to help us build out this wiki and make sure that superdelegates hear from all of us in 2008.
If interested, please contact us here:
Thank you and wiki on!
McShame - Shame on McCain
In advance of the NC primary, the NC Republican Party is running a racist attack ad that harks back to the shameful days of Bush Sr.’s Willie Horton ad - an ad that was so racist that Lee Atwater, Bush Sr’s campaign manager, apologized for it on his death bed.
The NC Republican ad plays the notorious clip of Reverend Wright’s controversial sermon (in which he is highly critical of American foreign policy) and a picture of Obama shaking hands with Rev. Wright implying that Obama actually attended this particular sermon - which he didn’t - and shares this perspective - which he has repeatedly says he doesn’t.
McCain wrote a letter to the NC Republican Party asking them to pull the ad to no effect. If McCain, as the presumptive Republican candidate, can’t control his own party, how can he run a country?
It’s depressing that 20 years after Willie Horton, Republicans still resort to exploiting our most base nature to smear an opponent.
Shame on you McShame!
FIRED UP, READY TO GO
It’s time to celebrate the PA primary positives by ringing out Fired UP, Ready to Go.
PA Primary achievements:
1. Obama shrunk Hillary’s lead in 2 weeks by 15 mega-points in a state where Hillary had a hometown advantage & favorable demographics
2. Despite advantages Hillary’s negative campaign relied on scaring voters to support her - a short term victory that spells voter burnout in the long run.
3. Hillary is $10 million in debt and Obama has $42 million in the bank. I choose the one with the surplus to run our economy.
Indiana / North Carolina - here we come!
Yo PA - It’s time to vote (and ring while you’re at it)
Today’s the BIG day.
Help Obama hit a knock out punch by ringing out Baracky the Ringtone or the super fun salsified Obama ringtone - Hope is Here… Obama… Obama - a contender in the MoveOn Obamain30Seconds contest.
Vote, vote, vote…
